Education and Training

Penser North America, through it's affiliates offer world-class training sessions by recognized experts. These consultants of the SMART Education Center offer a host of accident prevention training classes and general business courses aimed at injury prevention and leadership development.

Courses are provided for all industries and include topics like CPR / First Aid Certification, Drug & Alcohol Awareness for Supervisors, OSHA 10 and 30-Hour, and more, teaching employees valuable knowledge to prevent workplace accidents. Leadership and motivational courses teach supervisors how to effectively manage employees to achieve their full potential. And, classes like our Anti-Discrimination and Anger Management courses encourage the development of great leaders and strong employee employer relationships.

In addition to safety and leadership training, we offer monthly "Brain Trust" meetings with a variety of guest speaker presentations on topics relevant to lowering the cost of workers' compensation, preventing workplace injuries, and managing claims and personnel issues. Get ideas from staff and professionals from all industries that lead to claim closure. We also offer quarterly "claims 101" seminars with in-depth coverage of claims management issues and new regulations that affect the workplace. A complimentary lunch is provided at Brain Trust and Claims 101 events.

SMART Education Centers are located in Seattle and Lacey. Courses are also offered online and may be arranged to be provided at your company.
