"Communication is one of the most important aspects of a well-managed, successful workers' compensation program. It is extremely important to establish good relationships with supervisors, employees and medical providers both prior to and after a work injury occurs. Injured employees usually are not knowledgeable about the workers' compensation system and experience fear, doubt and worry about the status of their job. Immediate contact with the injured employee will help alleviate these fears and will establish trust."

This statement hangs on the wall of our Richland branch manager's office, and it is what Penser feels is the best foundation with which we ask all our staff to approach each day. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the workers' compensation process, but it is communication and working with injured employees that is our number one priority.
